About the Presales Lead/Solution Architect Role

******** is seeking a technically proficient Presales Lead/Solution Architect to join our team in the Middle East and Africa region. This full-time role is a strategic partnership with the Regional Director, focused on driving expansion and implementing our diagnostic AI solutions. The position requires 5-10 years of experience and plays a key part in strengthening our technical presence, achieving measurable outcomes, and building trusted customer relationships.

Role Context and Mission

Our mission is to scale global healthcare capacity and improve patient care by providing clinicians with AI co-pilots. This role is integral to our rapid global growth, contributing to the successful deployment and adoption of our technologies across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide presales expertise to understand customer environments and workflows, identifying optimal solutions.
• Deliver technical expertise during the sales process, demonstrating product features, capabilities, and benefits.
• Develop and present personalized demonstrations, proofs of concept, and prototypes tied to ******** technologies.
• Contribute significantly to sales proposals, RFP, and Tender processes for assigned regions.
• Deploy ******** solutions, including software installation, configuration, and system testing.
• Collaborate with healthcare industry vendor partners to create and maintain integrations.
• Design and implement integrations using standards such as RESTful APIs and HL7.
• Maintain and manage test environments for problem replication.
• Communicate project requirements to customers and internal teams.
• Work with Project Managers to ensure timely project delivery.
• Plan and train customer staff on the deployment of ******** solutions.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 5+ years of service experience in healthcare informatics and/or medical imaging informatics technologies.
• Multiple years of experience working directly with external customers.
• Experience installing and maintaining Linux operating systems.
• Knowledge of networking concepts including DNS, TCP/IP, and SSL.
• Fluency in English.
• Willingness to travel, including internationally.
• Experience and/or knowledge of case management tools (*, Salesforce Service Cloud, Jira) and knowledge base tools (*, Confluence, SharePoint).

Additional Skills and Characteristics

• Experience with healthcare information protocols, standards, and systems (*, HL7, DICOM, PACS, EHR, RIS).
• Familiarity with AWS and VMWare (certifications are a plus).
• Experience with healthcare workflow engines (*, Nextgen Connect).
• Experience with containerization platforms (*, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with SQL databases (*, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Experience with Git or other version control systems.
