About the Role

LIXIL is seeking a dedicated Project Manager Western Region to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to driving profitable sales growth and expanding the market presence of the GROHE brand within the Western Region. The role requires a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience, focused on achieving ambitious sales targets and enhancing geographical reach.

Strategic Impact and Objectives

This role is critical for the overall delivery of country results and contributes significantly to the leadership of the organization. The Project Manager will be a key contributor to strategic planning for channel development, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and KPIs. A primary objective is to increase GROHE's market share within the project sector across the Western Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the overall delivery of country results and organizational leadership.
• Actively participate in strategic planning for channel development within the market.
• Execute the Sales Mission for both corporate and project channels in line with objectives and KPIs.
• Manage project specifications within the GROHE project system.
• Regularly align with the Line Manager on mid and long-term country strategies, ensuring local implementation complies with corporate guidelines.
• Provide high-quality information and analysis to support strategic priorities and initiatives.
• Identify key channels and target clients for project business within the region.
• Forecast accurate project sales on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with designers and architects in Saudi Arabia.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of key project contacts in the region and prepare reports for senior management.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated success in working within fast-paced, rapidly growing, highly competitive, and deadline-oriented environments.
