About the Role

Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Receiving Clerk for a full-time position at the Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay. This role is central to hotel operations, focusing on the accurate and efficient management of incoming goods.

Role Overview

The Receiving Clerk is responsible for the comprehensive process of receiving, inspecting, and processing deliveries. This includes ensuring all goods meet specified quality and quantity standards, maintaining precise records, and supporting effective inventory control. The role involves coordination with various departments and suppliers to facilitate a smooth flow of goods within the resort.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and meticulously inspect all incoming deliveries against corresponding purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Verify the quality, quantity, and overall condition of all goods received.
• Accurately record and process all received items within the designated inventory management system.
• Coordinate effectively with Procurement, Stores, Finance, and other operational departments regarding deliveries and any identified discrepancies.
• Report any damaged, missing, or incorrect items and actively follow up on their resolution.
• Ensure the proper storage and handling of all received goods, adhering strictly to company standards.
• Maintain precise and organized receiving documentation and records.
• Provide assistance with inventory counts and various stock control activities as required.
• Adhere to all established health, safety, and security procedures.
