The Sales Specialist Role

Knowledge Economic City is seeking a Sales Specialist to join its Sales Team in Medina. This full-time position is centered on the promotion and sale of premium off-plan residential projects. The specialist will be instrumental in building strong client relationships and delivering a consistent, high-quality customer experience throughout the sales journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new sales opportunities through various sales channels.
• Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and property tours.
• Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable property solutions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial inquiry to reservation and handover coordination.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with business partners.
• Follow up with brokers and ensure timely communication with prospective buyers.
• Achieve individual monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update all activities in the CRM system.
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular pipeline updates.
• Stay informed about project details, pricing, payment plans, and market trends.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Customer Experience, and Sales Operations teams to maximize conversion rates.
