About the Role

Role Purpose

The Security Officer plays a critical part in the hotel's operations by safeguarding the premises and its occupants. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct security patrols across interior and exterior hotel premises to identify and address potential safety risks, security threats, and undesirable conditions.

• Prepare and maintain accurate security reports and records to ensure comprehensive documentation.
• Respond effectively to emergencies, including safety hazards, fires, medical incidents, and security threats.
• Provide professional and efficient assistance to guests, addressing inquiries and concerns with a focus on service.
