About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Manager - BIM - Urban Core (REQ740) to lead the Digital Delivery and BIM strategy across its Urban Core portfolio. This full-time role involves ensuring the successful implementation of Building Information Modelling (BIM), Digital Engineering, Common Data Environment (CDE) processes, and information management standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Role Context and Objectives

The Senior BIM Manager will be responsible for establishing and governing BIM requirements across a diverse portfolio of mixed-use developments. This includes public realm, public spaces, retail, hospitality, F&B, commercial office, civic assets, mobility infrastructure, and supporting utilities. The role is critical for supporting data-driven asset development and operational readiness strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and govern BIM requirements across a diverse portfolio of mixed-use developments.
• Oversee public realm, public spaces, retail, hospitality, F&B, commercial office, civic assets, mobility infrastructure, and supporting utilities within the portfolio.
• Act as the client-side digital delivery lead.
• Ensure compliance of all consultants, contractors, and delivery partners with project BIM standards, information management protocols, and digital delivery objectives.
• Support increasingly data-driven asset development and operational readiness strategies.
