About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Manager - Financial Analysis & Modeling to lead the development, maintenance, and governance of financial models. This full-time position focuses on a portfolio of strategic development projects, ensuring robust financial analysis and insights.

Role Purpose and Scope

The Senior Manager will be responsible for creating comprehensive financial models, driving investment analysis, and supporting business planning initiatives. The role involves evaluating strategic opportunities and providing critical, data-driven insights to senior leadership. This position requires a highly analytical professional with deep expertise in financial modeling, valuation, feasibility assessment, scenario planning, and portfolio performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex financial models, including DCF, project finance, and scenario analysis models.
• Lead project feasibility studies and evaluate investment opportunities.
• Analyze project and portfolio performance, including IRR, NPV, ROE, cash flow, and profitability metrics.
• Prepare business plans, forecasts, and financial recommendations for management and investment committees.
• Conduct sensitivity and what-if analyses to support strategic decision-making.
• Challenge commercial and financial assumptions across development projects.
• Prepare executive reports, investment memos, and presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial modeling, reporting, and analytical processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, investment analysis, or project finance.

Required Skills and Expertise

• Strong experience building and maintaining complex financial models.
• Advanced Excel financial modeling skills.
• Experience with DCF valuation, feasibility studies, forecasting, and business planning.
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools is preferred.
