About the Role

Rua Al Madinah Holding is seeking a Sr. Analyst Branded Residence to join their team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position plays a crucial role in supporting the company's branded residences strategy by coordinating brand partnerships and ensuring adherence to brand standards across all residential projects.

Role Purpose and Context

The Sr. Analyst Branded Residence will be instrumental in maintaining the consistency, quality, and value of branded residential projects. This involves developing and implementing policies, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines, and facilitating effective communication with brand partners to uphold the integrity and reputation of the branded residences.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of branded residence policies and frameworks.
• Ensure projects comply with brand standards, design guidelines, and relevant regulations.
• Coordinate with brand partners and provide necessary technical support.
• Review marketing materials to ensure brand accuracy and compliance.
• Identify and manage technical, operational, and reputational risks associated with branded residences.
• Monitor approvals, waivers, and ensure compliance with brand and company policies.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and ensure proper documentation is maintained.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Sales & Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in Brand–Developer Coordination.
• Strong understanding of Branded Residence Standards & Governance.
• Expertise in Technical Due Diligence & Risk Management.
• Knowledge of Design & Technical Compliance.
• Experience with Brand Licensing & Hospitality Development.
• Excellent Communication, Collaboration, and Planning skills.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Medina, Saudi Arabia, within the dynamic environment of Rua Al Madinah Holding. The role requires close collaboration with various internal teams and external brand partners.
