About the Role

stc is seeking a Technology PMO Specialist to oversee Technology PMO activities. This full-time role involves ensuring alignment with the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) and adherence to established project management standards. The specialist will monitor project progress, support coordination and reporting, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and governance standards. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of Technology PMO activities by coordinating project timelines, deliverables, and governance in alignment with strategic objectives.
• Consolidate project performance data and prepare reports and dashboards to support decision-making and executive visibility.
• Monitor technology initiatives to ensure adherence to scope, timelines, and budgets, and escalate deviations where required.
• Ensure the consistent application of project management standards, frameworks, tools, and governance practices across all initiatives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align priorities, optimize resource utilization, and resolve delivery challenges.
• Support portfolio alignment and reporting in coordination with EPMO to maintain transparency and consistency.
• Track project progress, assess risks, and provide insights and recommendations to enhance performance and delivery outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and governance standards across all project activities.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Educational Level: Bachelor's Degree.
• Preferred Education Field: Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-6 years of relevant experience.
