About the Warehouse Technician Role

شركة العوجان للمرطبات is seeking a skilled Warehouse Technician to join their team in Medina. This full-time position involves overseeing various warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy in inventory management and distribution processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily receiving, storage, preparation, shipping, and distribution operations.
• Ensure inventory accuracy by applying FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) principles.
• Conduct periodic inventory counts, identify and address discrepancies, and report shortages and surpluses.
• Coordinate delivery operations, tracking shipment readiness and customer returns.
• Manage damaged and returned products, ensuring all records and operational systems are updated accordingly.
• Prepare and follow up on daily operational reports to identify areas for process improvement.

Supervisory Duties

In this role, you will supervise warehouse staff, including storekeepers, forklift operators, and laborers. This includes effectively distributing tasks to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency within the warehouse.

Workplace Standards

Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment is a key responsibility. Adherence to established safety protocols and organizational standards is expected to ensure a productive and secure workspace.
