We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cost Engineer with over 12 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Refinery sector. As part of our esteemed team, you will play a crucial role in supporting project execution and delivery through effective cost management.
About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Cost Engineering, Budgeting, and Invoicing activities.
- Cost estimation and analysis at various project stages including Initiation, Study, FEED/ECS, and EPIC/Construction.
- Monitoring and forecasting costs, as well as reporting and evaluating claims.
- Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering Discipline.
- Certified Estimating Professional from AACE or equivalent certifications is preferable.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Cost Engineering, with at least 5 years in Cost Estimation for upstream/downstream projects.
- Proficiency in cost estimation, monitoring, and negotiations.
- Experience in quantity surveying is an advantage.
