About the Role

Baraya Extended Care is seeking an Information Technology Technician to join their team in Abha, Asir. This full-time role is essential for providing technical support and maintaining IT infrastructure to ensure seamless healthcare services.

Job Overview

The IT Technician is responsible for delivering first and second-level technical support to Baraya staff. This includes maintaining IT equipment and systems, as well as supporting clinical and administrative applications to ensure uninterrupted operations within the healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely and effective IT support to Baraya staff.
• Ensure the availability and functionality of IT systems and equipment.
• Maintain compliance with IT policies and security standards.
• Offer technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
• Support clinical and administrative systems.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and basic server issues.
• Manage user accounts, access rights, and password resets.
• Support IT requirements for staff onboarding and offboarding in coordination with HR.
• Maintain IT inventory and asset records.
• Escalate complex issues to the IT Manager or external vendors.
• Support data security, backups, and compliance requirements.
• Assist during system upgrades, audits, and inspections.

Qualifications and Experience
