About the Role

Saudi Services For Electro Mechanic Works Co. SSEM is seeking an Information Technology Technical Support professional to join its Digital Transformation team. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on providing reliable technical support across the organization.

Role Overview

The IT Technical Support professional will be responsible for delivering essential first and second-level technical assistance for hardware, software, and network-related issues. The role involves maintaining IT infrastructure and ensuring the smooth operation of systems for all users.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, IP phones, and other IT equipment.
• Manage and support Windows OS, business applications, and user accounts.
• Configure new systems, domains, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), antivirus software, security policies, and remote access.
• Manage user accounts and permissions through Active Directory.
• Support wired and wireless networks, printers, and internet connectivity.
• Maintain IT assets, documentation, backups, and recovery processes.
• Apply security patches and support cybersecurity policies.
• Assist with IT projects, rollouts, migrations, onboarding, and office moves.
