Bonn Medical Industries is a Saudi-based manufacturer specializing in cosmetics, skincare, personal care, healthcare, and consumer products. As part of its expansion, the company is seeking experienced Sales & Collection Representatives to join its sales team in the Southern Region of Saudi Arabia, covering cities such as Abha, Jazan, Najran, and Khamis Mushayt.

Role Overview

This is a full-time direct commercial field sales and collections position. The role focuses on selling products directly to retailers, pharmacies, beauty stores, wholesalers, or distributors, generating sales orders, opening new customer accounts, and collecting customer payments. This is not a Medical Representative or medical detailing role.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned monthly sales and collection targets.
• Generate sales orders from existing and new commercial customers.
• Identify and acquire new customers within the assigned territory.
• Develop strong relationships with retailers, pharmacies, beauty stores, wholesalers, and distributors.
• Expand product distribution and market coverage.
• Conduct regular field visits and implement approved sales plans.
• Follow up on customer orders and repeat purchases.
• Collect outstanding customer payments within agreed deadlines.
• Monitor customer balances, overdue invoices, and payment schedules.
• Follow up on customer credit limits and approved payment terms.
• Coordinate with the Finance Department regarding customer accounts and payment discrepancies.
• Report overdue accounts and potential collection risks.
• Maintain strong knowledge of local customers, sales channels, and competitors.
• Identify new business opportunities within the assigned region.
• Prepare accurate sales, collection, and field visit reports.
• Provide regular updates on sales performance, market developments, and customer feedback.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in direct commercial field sales and collections.
• Demonstrated experience in selling products directly to retailers, pharmacies, beauty stores, wholesalers, or distributors.
• Proven ability to generate sales orders and open new customer accounts.
• Experience in collecting customer payments and following up on outstanding balances.
• Track record of achieving monthly sales and collection targets.
• Applicants with experience limited to visiting doctors, medical detailing, or scientific product promotion, without direct commercial sales and collection responsibilities, do not meet the requirements for this position.

Work Location

This position is based in the Southern Region of Saudi Arabia, covering the cities of Abha, Jazan, Najran, and Khamis Mushayt.
