Responsibilities:

Handle daily cash transactions and maintain accurate records of all inflows and outflows.
Manage site petty cash and ensure proper documentation of expenses.
Perform daily cash reconciliation and report discrepancies if any.
Maintain organized records of financial transactions and supporting documents.
Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
Adhere to internal controls and company financial policies.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in handling site petty cash or retail/office funds.
Basic bookkeeping and daily cash reconciliation skills.
High level of integrity and trustworthiness.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and responsibly.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools.
