Role Purpose The Wellness Curator delivers personalized and holistic wellness experiences aligned with the Raffles and Fairmont luxury brand standards. This role combines service artistry, wellness knowledge, and guest engagement to elevate the spa and wellness journey while supporting operational excellence within the department.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct professional wellness consultations and recommend tailored treatments, activities, or wellness programs.
- Deliver refined service experiences aligned with luxury hospitality and Forbes standards.
- Build meaningful guest relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat visits.
- Provide personalized guidance on spa, fitness, and wellness experiences.
- Support the execution of wellness activities, workshops, and curated guest experiences.
- Assist in facilitating wellness initiatives designed by the Senior Wellness Manager.
- Recommend appropriate retail products aligned with guest needs and wellness goals.
- Support upselling of spa services, wellness packages, and memberships.
- Maintain treatment rooms and wellness areas according to brand presentation standards.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational protocols.
- Embody the values of elegance, authenticity, and intuitive guest service.
Qualifications and Experience Diploma or certification in Spa Therapy, Wellness, Fitness, or Holistic Health with 1–2 years experience in luxury spa, wellness, or hospitality environment preferred. Knowledge of holistic wellness principles and consultation techniques is vital.
