About the Business Development Representative Role

Nexus Tech & IT is seeking a Business Development Representative to identify and develop new business opportunities for its technology services and solutions. This is a remote, contract-based position with a commission-only compensation structure, offering flexibility in working hours. The role is suitable for individuals who can engage with business owners and decision-makers, understand their initial needs, introduce them to Nexus services, and qualify opportunities for the company's team. Priority may be given to candidates from Al-Ahsa and the Eastern Region, aligning with the company's current business development focus in this area.

Key Responsibilities

• Research potential clients and new business opportunities.
• Communicate with business owners, organizations, and decision-makers through appropriate professional channels.
• Present Nexus Tech & IT and its services clearly and professionally.
• Conduct initial discussions to understand client needs and challenges.
• Evaluate potential opportunities before transferring them to the Nexus team.
• Coordinate introductions and meetings between qualified potential clients and relevant team members.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with potential clients.
• Support business development activities and contribute to expanding Nexus's client network.

Compensation Structure

This is a commission-based contract opportunity, with no fixed monthly salary or set working hours. Commissions are earned from successfully completed projects. The commission rates are structured as follows:

• Projects up to 5,000 SAR: 10%
• Projects from 5,001 to 10,000 SAR: 15%
• Projects from 10,001 to 30,000 SAR: 20%
• Projects from 30,001 to 50,000 SAR: 25%
• Projects over 50,000 SAR: 30%

Commissions are calculated on qualified projects that are successfully executed and completed according to the agreed cooperation mechanism.

Qualifications and Skills

• Interest or experience in business development, sales, B2B sales, lead generation, or client relationship management.
• Strong communication and professional relationship-building skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with business owners and decision-makers.
• Ability to understand initial client needs and identify suitable opportunities.
• Ability to present services and explain their value clearly.
• Ability to work independently in a flexible, remote environment.
• Basic knowledge of technology, software, websites, mobile applications, digital systems, data, or artificial intelligence is a plus, but not a requirement.
• An existing network of professional or business contacts is a plus.
• Prior experience in technology, software, IT services, marketing, sales, or business development is a plus, but not a requirement.
