Al Jabr Holding (الجبر القابضة) is seeking an experienced Information Technology Lead to join its team in Al Ahsa, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to managing the company's IT infrastructure and operational technology, ensuring robust and efficient systems across the organization.

Role Overview

The Information Technology Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing daily IT operations, including infrastructure, enterprise applications, and business technology solutions. This position requires a professional with a strong background in network and security management, cloud technologies, and specialized sales solutions, ensuring seamless and secure technology support for all business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily IT operations, including infrastructure, servers, networks, connectivity troubleshooting, and security protocols.
• Address and resolve hardware and software issues impacting employee daily operations.
• Provide support and maintenance for ERP systems and other critical business applications.
• Handle support and integrations for SalesBuzz Van Sales applications, including handheld devices, mobile printers, synchronization issues, and daily support for sales personnel.
• Oversee IT projects, manage ISP contracts, renewals, and vendor communications.
• Ensure robust cybersecurity measures, data backup strategies, disaster recovery plans, and overall IT compliance.
• Coordinate effectively with business and sales teams to identify and implement operational improvements.
• Provide technical leadership and comprehensive user support across various departments.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in managing IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, sales solutions, and business technology operations.
• Proven strong experience in network and security management.
• Demonstrated expertise in cloud technologies.
• Solid experience with SalesBuzz Van Sales solutions.

Preferred Background

• Experience within the Beverage or Manufacturing Industry is considered an advantage.
