About Vision Invest and the Role

Vision Invest is seeking a Cybersecurity and IT Operations Lead to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to ensuring the secure, reliable, and efficient operation of IT services across the organization. The role involves overseeing daily IT operations while coordinating cybersecurity activities to protect systems, users, and organizational data.

Role Overview

The Cybersecurity and IT Operations Lead is responsible for the operational integrity of IT infrastructure and services. This includes managing day-to-day IT functions, implementing and monitoring cybersecurity controls, and ensuring alignment with governance frameworks. The role acts as a key coordination point between the Digital Transformation team and various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily IT operations to ensure the availability, stability, and performance of workplace, infrastructure, and business systems.
  • Manage IT support processes, ensuring timely response, resolution, and escalation of user requests and incidents.
  • Support the implementation and operation of cybersecurity controls across IT services and platforms.
  • Monitor and coordinate responses to security alerts and incidents in collaboration with internal teams and vendors.
  • Ensure access management practices adhere to approved standards, including account lifecycle management and secure access controls.
  • Support vulnerability management activities and coordinate patching and remediation actions.
  • Ensure IT and security operations align with approved internal policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
  • Track and highlight operational risks, gaps, or dependencies to management for awareness and action.

Stakeholder Engagement and Team Coordination

  • Act as a primary coordination point between the Digital Transformation team and key stakeholders, including business units and external vendors.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication by providing status updates, managing expectations, and escalating issues when required.
  • Ensure the team follows communication and service standards, including acknowledgements and status updates.
  • Promote a collaborative and accountable team environment focused on service quality and process adherence.
  • Support management with operational insights to enable informed decision-making.

Professional Development and Compliance

  • Collaborate with team members, learning from mentors, seeking input, and providing support to foster a positive and productive environment.
  • Identify individual development goals in collaboration with the line manager and prioritize assigned trainings to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Assist team members in establishing strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support in identifying and understanding risks related to the scope of work and operate within established risk management guidelines.
  • Adhere to relevant regulations, compliance guidelines, and internal policies associated with the scope of work.
  • Support the development of progress reports, memos, and presentations for various stakeholders.

Experience Requirements

Candidates for this role should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity and IT operations.
