About the Role

Eram Talent is seeking a specialized powder engineer for alternative beverages to join their team. This role focuses on developing and improving alternative beverage powder formulations to ensure product quality, stability, and consumer satisfaction. The engineer will collaborate closely with R&D, production, and quality assurance teams to drive innovative solutions and enhance product formulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and improve alternative beverage powders, ensuring product quality, stability, and consumer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with R&D, production, and quality assurance teams to drive innovative solutions and enhance product formulations.
  • Apply a deep understanding of drying technologies, powder formulation, and ingredient interactions in product development.
  • Manage pilot plant scale-up and production processes for new and existing products.
  • Utilize strong problem-solving skills to address formulation challenges and improve product stability.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, quality control procedures, and industry standards throughout the development process.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in beverage powder development, with a preference for experience in alternative products or alternative beverages.
  • Proven understanding of drying technologies, powder formulation, and ingredient interactions.
  • Demonstrated experience in pilot plant scale-up and production processes.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to overcome formulation challenges and enhance product stability.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations, quality control procedures, and relevant industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
  • Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
