Operation Team Leader (HUF)

About the Role

Salasa is seeking an Operations Team Leader to manage daily fulfillment operations in Al Hafuf, Al Ahsa. This full-time role involves overseeing warehouse activities to ensure smooth, efficient, and accurate execution. The Team Leader will be responsible for leading the operations team, monitoring key performance indicators, and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and support the daily activities of the operations team.
• Allocate tasks and manpower based on operational requirements and workload.
• Monitor team attendance, productivity, performance, and discipline.
• Provide coaching and guidance to team members to improve performance.
• Conduct daily briefings and communicate operational priorities and updates.
• Escalate employee-related and operational issues to the Operations Supervisor when required.

Warehouse and Fulfillment Operations Management

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, sorting, and dispatch.
• Ensure orders are processed accurately and within required timelines.
• Monitor workflow and identify operational bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Ensure proper handling of products and compliance with warehouse procedures.

Performance and Quality Assurance

• Monitor operational KPIs such as productivity, order accuracy, fulfillment rate, and on-time dispatch.
• Monitor team performance and manpower utilization.
• Prepare and communicate daily operational updates and performance reports.
• Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure all team members follow company SOPs, operational procedures, and safety requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Report operational incidents, damages, discrepancies, and safety concerns promptly.
• Ensure proper use and handling of warehouse equipment and materials.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and reduce errors and delays.
• Support the implementation of new processes and operational initiatives.
• Participate in root-cause analysis and corrective action plans.
• Contribute to improving productivity, service quality, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience required: 0-1 years in a relevant operations role.
