About the Client and Role

Our client, a company specializing in Human Resources solutions, is seeking a Sales Representative (Services Sector) to join their team in Al Jubail, Eastern Region. This full-time role involves contributing to business development and attracting new clients through field visits, focusing on the marketing of recruitment services and HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Attract new clients and expand the targeted client base.
• Conduct regular field visits to current and potential clients.
• Promote recruitment services and HR solutions.
• Prepare and present commercial proposals, and negotiate with clients until contracts are finalized.
• Build and manage long-term client relationships.
• Monitor client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Prepare periodic reports and follow up on sales opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in field sales within the Human Resources or services sector.

Required Skills

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to achieve targets and work effectively in a competitive environment.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to conduct field work.
