KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) delivers comprehensive solutions across the entire asset lifecycle, including licensed process technologies, advisory services, technical expertise, energy transition solutions, and design capabilities. We are seeking an Area Maintenance Head to join our team in Jubail, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position requiring 5-10 years of experience.

Role Overview

The Area Maintenance Head will be responsible for overseeing the execution of all assigned maintenance jobs related to mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation aspects of a petrochemical plant. This role involves ensuring adherence to company standards, providing support to various departments, and managing daily site activities to maintain operational efficiency and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute all assigned maintenance jobs by contractors for mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems in a petrochemical plant, adhering to company standards.
• Provide regular reports within the CMMS system regarding maintenance execution at SATORP’s Plant.
• Offer necessary support to the planning and scheduling supervisor.
• Assist the company's reliability department with bad actor analysis.
• Prepare weekly reports and present them during Maintenance meetings.
• Manage day-to-day site activities effectively.
• Review and enhance personnel knowledge through job-specific training, coordinating with the Head of HR.
• Ensure strict adherence to all safety requirements during the job execution phase.

Qualifications and Experience

• Good knowledge of refining equipment, team management, and piloting of maintenance contracts.
• Demonstrated understanding of safety rules.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience.
