About the Branch Specialist Role

The Saudi National Bank (SNB) is seeking a Branch Specialist for its Al-Nairyah branch in the Eastern region. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to develop their banking skills and customer interaction abilities within SNB's expanding network across the Kingdom. The role involves executing all customer banking operations accurately and efficiently, adhering to required standards, quality, bank policies, and customer service principles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market and sell the bank's strategic products, focusing on customer service and satisfaction.
  • Maintain a professional and positive demeanor in all customer interactions.
  • Execute banking operations according to established standards and quality benchmarks.
  • Identify customer needs and provide solutions aligned with their expectations.
  • Guide and direct customers towards utilizing alternative electronic banking channels.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of customer information and records.
  • Adhere to the bank's policies, procedures, regulations, and those of the Saudi Central Bank.
  • Process all customer cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, in compliance with internal and official controls.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Must be a Saudi national.
  • Fresh graduate.
  • Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields: Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, Finance and Investment, Banking, Insurance, Sales, English Language, Computer Science, or Public Relations.
  • Minimum GPA of "Good".
  • Successful completion of recruitment stages, including personal skills assessment tests and interviews.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based at The Saudi National Bank's branch in Al-Nairyah, Eastern region. The role also covers operations in Al Jubail.
