About the Role

Abdullah A. Al-Barrak & Son Co. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Camp Boss to manage and oversee the daily operations of our camp facilities in Al Jubail, Eastern Province. This is a full-time position crucial for maintaining high standards of living and service for all camp residents.

Role Purpose and Impact

The Camp Boss plays a central role in ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable environment within the camp. This involves coordinating various departments, managing staff performance, and promptly addressing residents' concerns to ensure compliance with all safety and hygiene regulations. The successful candidate will be instrumental in upholding the company's commitment to resident welfare and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all camp lodging and catering services to ensure they consistently meet company standards.
• Coordinate effectively with catering and housekeeping teams to guarantee quality and timely service delivery.
• Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and hygiene policies and procedures across the camp premises.
• Handle all logistics related to camp supplies and implement efficient inventory management practices.
• Promptly address and resolve any issues or complaints raised by camp residents.
• Oversee camp staff management, including involvement in recruitment, training, and performance evaluation processes.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on camp operations and proactively suggest improvements for efficiency and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of proven experience in camp management or a similar hospitality/facilities management role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage diverse teams and coordinate multiple service functions effectively.
• Strong understanding and practical application of health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills to interact with residents and staff.

Work Environment and Location

This full-time position is based in Al Jubail, within the Eastern Province. The role requires a hands-on approach to managing daily camp operations and fostering a positive living environment for all residents.
