About the Role

Aljabr Rent a Car (الجبر لتأجير السيارات), a prominent company in the automotive rental sector, is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator to join its team in Jubail, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is integral to maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction within a dynamic service environment.

Role Overview

The Customer Care Coordinator serves as the primary liaison between the company and its current and potential customers. This role involves taking ownership of customer issues, complaints, and inquiries, with a core focus on effective resolution and building sustainable relationships. The successful candidate will engage customers by addressing their needs and supporting overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a group of assigned company accounts.
  • Receive and process various customer requests, including operational requirements, contract closures, maintenance services, and accident reports.
  • Answer customer calls, actively listen to their concerns, and provide effective solutions.
  • Process all customer inquiries and requests accurately and efficiently, ensuring high-quality responses.
  • Create system requests for the concerned departments and advise customers of the assigned workshop.
  • Ensure all customer transactions are executed in line with company policy, escalating any unresolved customer issues promptly to the Customer Service Manager.
  • Assist and cooperate with the Customer Service Manager in implementing policies according to business demands.
  • Coordinate with operations staff to provide necessary support.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management, maintaining detailed records of all customer conversations for future reference.
  • Perform other responsibilities and tasks as directed by the Customer Service Manager to meet departmental objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience in a customer service or coordination capacity. The position requires an individual with strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Al Jubail, located within the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. The role operates within a fast-paced customer service environment, requiring consistent interaction with both customers and internal teams.
