About the Field Compliance Coordinator Role

Eram Talent is seeking experienced Field Compliance Coordinators to join operations in Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role supports Oil & Gas operations, specifically focusing on Gas Plants (Environmental) and Construction Safety. The successful candidates will be instrumental in ensuring adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies, environmental regulations, company standards, and industry best practices, while fostering a proactive safety and environmental culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with company HSE policies, environmental regulations, and applicable industry standards.
  • Conduct field inspections, audits, and compliance assessments across gas plant and construction activities.
  • Monitor and support Permit-to-Work (PTW), Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), hazard identification, risk assessments, and safe work practices.
  • Coordinate environmental monitoring, waste management, spill response, incident investigations, and corrective action tracking.
  • Implement and maintain Environmental Management Systems (EMS) and Safety Management Systems (SMS) to ensure continuous compliance.
  • Deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks, safety and environmental awareness programs, and contractor training.
  • Prepare compliance reports, analyze inspection findings, and recommend improvements to enhance operational performance.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, HSE, Environmental Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience specifically within the Oil & Gas industry, with a preference for experience in gas plants, construction, or mega projects.

Preferred Certifications and Knowledge

  • Professional certifications such as NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, ISO 14001 Lead Auditor, or equivalent are highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Environmental Management Systems (EMS), Safety Management Systems (SMS), Process Safety Management (PSM), and applicable HSE regulations.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Hands-on experience in field compliance inspections, audits, hazard identification, risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective action management.
  • Experience with Permit-to-Work (PTW), Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), environmental monitoring, waste management, emergency response, and contractor compliance.
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver HSE training, toolbox talks, and safety/environmental awareness programs.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position located in Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The role involves significant field presence within the operational areas.
