ArcelorMittal Tubular Products Al-Jubail is a leading company in the Eastern Region, committed to producing high-quality tubular products. We are currently seeking a dedicated Threading Operator to join our full-time team in Al Jubail.

Role Overview

The Threading Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of CNC threading machines. This role involves making necessary size changes, maintaining a secure work environment, and ensuring the production of quality products that meet all customer requirements. The operator also plays a part in supporting continuous process improvement initiatives within the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC threading machines safely and effectively.
• Perform size changes on machinery as required by production specifications.
• Maintain equipment by completing preventative maintenance tasks, troubleshooting malfunctions, and coordinating repairs when necessary.
• Execute maintenance-related tasks during both planned and unplanned outages.
• Ensure accurate product identification and traceability throughout the entire production process.
• Conduct testing of couplings in accordance with specified requirements.
• Complete all required paperwork and electronic data collection accurately and promptly.
• Respond appropriately to requests, provide necessary information and reports, and communicate effectively with team members.
• Support the Supervisor In Charge (SIC) with any additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant operational or manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
• Basic understanding of machine operation and maintenance principles.
• Commitment to quality production and process improvement.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position located in Al Jubail, Eastern Region.
