The Role

Abdullah A. Al-Barrak & Son Co. is seeking a PS Execution Incharge / Head - Mechanical - Shutdown / Turnaround to lead mechanical shutdown and turnaround projects. Based in Al Jubail, Eastern Province, this full-time position is critical for planning, executing, and overseeing all mechanical activities during shutdowns and turnarounds to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and lead all mechanical shutdown and turnaround activities from initiation to completion.
• Lead and coordinate the execution team to ensure timely and safe project delivery.
• Develop detailed execution plans and schedules in alignment with project objectives.
• Monitor and control project progress, performance, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all phases of the shutdown.
• Coordinate with other departments, contractors, and stakeholders for seamless execution.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with mechanical shutdown operations.
• Conduct post-shutdown reviews and implement lessons learned for continuous improvement.
