The Talents Nation is seeking a Reliability Engineer for a well-established global supplier based in KSA. This client specializes in producing high-quality tissue grades through advanced production processes and superior quality standards. The role is full-time and based in Al Jubail, requiring 2-5 years of experience.

Role Overview

The Reliability Engineer will be responsible for enhancing machinery reliability and optimizing maintenance strategies within the client's operations. This involves applying systematic methodologies to identify and address equipment failures, ultimately contributing to improved plant efficiency and reduced unplanned downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and equipment failure investigations to identify recurring breakdowns.
• Implement corrective and preventive measures to improve machinery reliability.
• Apply Reliability-Centred Maintenance (RCM) and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) methodologies to optimize maintenance strategies.
• Minimize unplanned downtime through effective reliability engineering practices.
• Monitor and analyze Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), Mean Time to Repair (MTTR), equipment availability, and other reliability KPIs.
• Utilize CMMS/ERP maintenance data to identify equipment trends and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to enhance overall plant efficiency.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a reliability engineering role.
• Demonstrated experience with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and equipment failure investigations.
• Proficiency in Reliability-Centred Maintenance (RCM) and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
• Experience with CMMS/ERP systems for maintenance data analysis.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position located in Al Jubail, KSA. The role involves working within a manufacturing environment, collaborating closely with production and maintenance teams to achieve operational excellence.
