The Role of a Scaffolder

As a Scaffolder, you will be responsible for the assembly, dismantling, and maintenance of scaffolding structures on site. Your primary objective is to provide safe and secure access to elevated areas, supporting various construction activities while adhering to strict safety standards and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and dismantle scaffolding structures according to project specifications.
• Inspect scaffolding equipment and structures to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures during all scaffolding activities.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and other trades to optimize workflow.
• Maintain scaffolding tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Report any hazards, damaged equipment, or safety concerns to management promptly.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Valid scaffolder certification or relevant training preferred.
• Proven experience working as a scaffolder in construction or industrial environments.
• Strong understanding of scaffolding safety standards and regulations.
• Physical fitness and ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team.
• Attention to safety and detail to prevent accidents and ensure secure scaffolding.

Work Environment
