FNRCO is seeking a Security Guard to join their team in Al Jubail, Eastern Region. This full-time position involves maintaining the safety and security of a villa compound, its residents, visitors, and assets. The role requires 0-1 years of experience in security operations.

Role Summary

The Security Guard is responsible for ensuring a secure environment within the villa compound. This includes monitoring access points, conducting regular patrols, and responding effectively to security incidents and emergencies to protect the premises and its occupants.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control entry and exit points of the compound.
• Verify visitor identities and maintain accurate visitor logs.
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure security and safety.
• Report security incidents, potential hazards, and suspicious activities promptly.
• Respond to emergencies and security concerns in a timely manner.
• Monitor CCTV systems and other security equipment as applicable.
• Enforce compound security policies and established procedures.
• Assist residents, staff, and visitors with security-related inquiries.
• Prepare daily security reports and detailed incident records.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be a Saudi Arabian national.
• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
• Previous security experience is preferred.
• Basic communication skills in Arabic are required; English language proficiency is an advantage.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physically fit and capable of performing patrol duties across the premises.
• Good observation and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of security and emergency response procedures.
• Experience in residential compounds, facilities management, or construction projects.
• Familiarity with CCTV and access control systems.
