Senior Mechanical Engineer

About the Role

HUDSON is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team for an upcoming full-time opportunity in Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on mechanical engineering expertise, particularly within Shutdown / Turnaround (SD/TA) projects. The position is based in the Eastern Region, covering cities such as Dammam, Al Khobar, Dhahran, Al Jubail, Al-Ahsa, Al Qatif, Buqayq, and Ras Tannurah.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute mechanical maintenance activities during Shutdown / Turnaround projects.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and coordination of shutdown activities.
• Manage and maintain various mechanical static equipment, including heat exchangers, columns, pressure vessels, reactors, and pipelines.
• Utilize Primavera P6 for project scheduling and management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in Mechanical Maintenance or Shutdown / Turnaround projects.
• Mandatory experience in Shutdown / Turnaround (SD/TA) projects, preferably gained with a contractor.

• Strong experience with mechanical static equipment, specifically:

  • Heat Exchangers
  • Columns
  • Pressure Vessels
  • Reactors
  • Pipelines
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 is required.
• Good English communication skills are essential.

Compensation

The salary for this full-time role ranges from SAR 4,000 to SAR 7,000 Basic, plus FAT.
