About the Opportunity

JAL International Co. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist Contracts to join its team in Al Jubail, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. This role is integral to managing the full lifecycle of service agreements, ensuring strategic objectives are met efficiently and effectively.

Role Overview and Objectives

The Senior Specialist Contracts will be responsible for strategizing and executing both Pre-Award and Post-Award activities related to services agreements for the company. A primary objective of this position is to achieve targets related to cost efficiency, quality standards, timely delivery, and the development of long-term strategic relationships with contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategize and execute all Pre-Award activities for services agreements.
• Manage and oversee Post-Award activities for services agreements.
• Ensure all contract activities align with company targets for cost, quality, and time.
• Cultivate and maintain long-term strategic relationships with contractors.
• Work with a diverse range of contract types, including EPC, Lump Sum, Framework, Facilities Agreements, Construction Phase, Operational Phase, Maintenance Contracts, Human Resource Contracts, and Supporting Works Contracts.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in contracts management or a related field.
• Extensive experience (above 15 years) may allow for flexibility in degree requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to manage various contract types effectively.
