Store Manager

About the Role

Alu masa factory *** metal product is seeking an experienced and well-organized Store Manager to oversee warehouse operations in Al Jubail. This full-time role involves managing inventory, material receiving, storage, and issuance for projects involving aluminum, glass, steel, and architectural façades. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in construction or manufacturing warehouse operations and excellent inventory control skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring proper organization, cleanliness, and material safety.
• Supervise material receiving, inspection, storage, issuance, and dispatch processes.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, stock registers, and material tracking systems.
• Handle various materials including aluminum profiles, ACP sheets, glass, steel sections, stainless steel materials, hardware, accessories, and consumables.
• Verify incoming materials against Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Notes (DN), and approved specifications.
• Prepare and maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Material Issue Vouchers (MIV), and Material Return Notes (MRN).
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for timely material replenishment.
• Implement material identification, labeling, tagging, and proper storage procedures.
• Maintain project-wise material allocation, consumption, and balance records.
• Coordinate with production and site teams for timely material issuance and dispatch.
• Monitor material wastage, damage, shortages, and surplus stock.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain records of tools, equipment, machinery accessories, and consumables.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety requirements and 5S practices.
• Supervise warehouse staff and material handling activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Strong experience in construction or manufacturing warehouse environments.
• Demonstrated ability in inventory control and material management.
• Proficiency in coordinating with procurement, production, and project teams.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al Jubail, focusing on warehouse operations for metal products and architectural façade projects.
