About the Role

Eram Talent is seeking experienced Business Analysts to join our team in Al Khafji, Eastern Region. This full-time role involves analyzing business requirements, improving processes, and translating business needs into effective technology and operational solutions.

Role Context

The successful candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, project managers, and subject-matter experts. The primary objective is to understand business objectives, document requirements, identify process improvements, and support the successful delivery of various projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, and requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Analyze and document current ("As-Is") business processes and define future ("To-Be") processes.
• Translate business requirements into clear and actionable functional requirements.
• Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS), user stories, use cases, and process flows.
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure business requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
• Facilitate communication between business users, IT teams, vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Support solution evaluation and provide business input into proposed solutions.
• Participate in requirements validation, solution walkthroughs, and design reviews.
• Develop and maintain process maps, workflow diagrams, and data-flow diagrams.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test-scenario preparation, test-case review, and defect clarification.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in business analysis or a related field. A strong understanding of business process analysis and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions are essential for this role.

This is a full-time position based in Al Khafji, Eastern Region. The role requires collaboration with various internal and external teams to achieve project objectives.
