About the Role

Penspen is seeking an experienced Lead Yard Representative - Construction Manager to oversee construction activities and ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards. This full-time position is based in Al Khafji, Eastern, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

The Lead Yard Representative - Construction Manager will be responsible for a range of duties within the Oil & Gas EPC sector, including:

• Supervising and managing all fabrication, construction, and installation activities within the yard.
• Ensuring adherence to project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
• Monitoring progress, identifying potential risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Coordinating with project management, engineering, and other stakeholders.
• Overseeing site safety and environmental compliance.
• Managing and directing yard personnel and subcontractors.
• Reviewing and approving work methods and procedures.
• Reporting on project status, progress, and any deviations from the plan.
• Ensuring efficient use of resources and materials.
• Facilitating inspections and quality checks throughout the construction process.

Required Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Structural, Marine, or an equivalent Engineering discipline is required.
• A minimum of 20 years of experience in Offshore Oil & Gas EPC projects is essential.
• A minimum of 15 years of experience specifically in offshore fabrication, construction, and installation projects is mandatory.
