SAP Workflow Administrator

About the Opportunity

Eram Talent is seeking a skilled SAP Workflow Administrator to join their team. This contract position is based in Al Khafji, Eastern region, and requires an individual with 2-5 years of relevant experience in SAP Business Workflow design and administration.

Role Overview

The SAP Workflow Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the SAP workflow engine. This involves monitoring system health, troubleshooting issues, managing batch jobs, and configuring workflow environments to support business processes effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the overall health of the workflow engine to ensure processes run smoothly and within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Troubleshoot system bottlenecks by restarting errant workflows, reassigning orphaned items, and correcting misdirected approvals.
• Manage and schedule standard workflow batch jobs, including event linkage, work item rule monitoring, and dead work item handling.
• Configure system settings, email notifications, and event queues for various workflow environments.
• Manage the archiving process for specific tables as necessary.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of specific experience in SAP Business Workflow design and administration.
• Proficiency in SAP Workflow Builder, Business Object Builder, and Flexible Workflows.
• Working knowledge of ABAP coding, debugging, and RICEF objects.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, Fiori Apps, and Cloud workflow management.
