About the Role

HCLTech is seeking a Senior Administrator - SAP BASIS to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting expertise within SAP BASIS and SAP HANA environments. The role is critical for ensuring seamless operations, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving continuous improvement through effective root cause analysis and resolution of complex incidents.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support in SAP BASIS and SAP HANA environments, ensuring adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Resolve complex incidents escalated by analysts by performing thorough root cause analysis and implementing effective solutions for technical and security issues.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer through updating and managing the knowledge base, training new team members, and coaching analysts to enhance overall team capabilities.
• Manage and resolve complex tickets within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) by collaborating with cross-functional support teams to maintain operational efficiency and ensure a robust security posture.
• Enhance the customer experience by achieving high first call resolution rates, minimizing rejected resolutions and case reopenings, and proactively mitigating security threats.
