The Role

Penspen is seeking a Senior Civil / Structural Engineer (Onshore) to join its team in Al Khafji, Eastern Region. This full-time position involves providing structural engineering oversight and technical review for onshore facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide structural engineering oversight and technical review of EPC contractor deliverables for onshore facilities.
• Review structural design calculations, general arrangement drawings, steel and concrete detailing, and foundation design packages for compliance with project specifications and applicable codes (ACI, AISC, ASCE, API).
• Ensure structural integrity, constructability, and seismic compliance of facilities.
• Participate in design reviews, model reviews, and value engineering sessions.
• Provide technical support to the project management team during procurement and construction phases, including review of material submittals and structural method statements.
• Monitor EPC contractor performance to ensure schedule adherence and quality of deliverables.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in civil/structural engineering, specifically with onshore facilities.
• Demonstrated ability to review and ensure compliance with industry codes such as ACI, AISC, ASCE, and API.

Work Location

This full-time position is based in Al Khafji, Eastern Region.
