The Role of Senior Project Coordinator

Penspen is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to join its team in Al Khafji, Eastern Region. This full-time role involves supporting project leadership and ensuring efficient coordination across various project interfaces within the energy sector. The position requires a professional with over 10 years of experience in project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee project execution across engineering, procurement, and construction interfaces.
• Support project management in scheduling, cost control, and technical coordination.
• Ensure consistent communication and documentation flow between the client, EPC, and vendors.
• Track deliverables, progress reports, and contractual correspondence.
• Facilitate coordination meetings and prepare progress presentations.
• Support project leadership in managing risks, changes, and milestone achievement.
• Provide project control inputs and ensure administrative and logistical efficiency across all teams.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in project coordination or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex project interfaces.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Work Environment and Location
