The Role of Compliance Specialist

2P Perfect Presentation is seeking a Compliance Specialist to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on supporting IT governance, regulatory compliance, performance measurement, and continuous improvement initiatives within the organization. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement governance frameworks to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Review and update policies and procedures to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Support the development of IT and Digital Transformation Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Prepare reports on current performance indicators for management review.
• Identify corrective and improvement actions to enhance digital performance.
• Provide recommendations on digital transformation reports and indicators.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to implement improvement initiatives.
• Develop and support IT Governance and Performance Management frameworks.
• Contribute to risk management activities, including framework development, monitoring, and compliance.
• Prepare periodic reports covering achievements and performance improvement opportunities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Familiarity with IT Governance controls issued by the Digital Government Authority.

Location

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with potential work in Al-Kharj.
