The Role of Dairy Technologist

Almarai is seeking a Dairy Technologist to join its team in Al-Kharj. This full-time role focuses on planning, implementing, and monitoring continual improvement activities within CPP 1. The position involves conducting investigations, performing root cause analysis, and implementing corrective and preventive actions within the plant.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan continual improvement activities within CPP 1.
• Implement continual improvement initiatives in the plant.
• Monitor the effectiveness of improvement activities.
• Conduct investigations into operational issues.
• Perform root cause analysis to identify underlying problems.
• Implement corrective actions to resolve identified issues.
• Implement preventive actions to avoid future occurrences.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience is required.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and execute improvement projects.
• Experience in conducting investigations and root cause analysis.
• Proficiency in implementing corrective and preventive actions.
