About the Role: Fire & Safety Officer

Almarai is seeking a Fire & Safety Officer to join its team in Al-Kharj and Hail. This full-time role involves overseeing the safety of all personnel, contractors, and visitors across site locations and accommodations. The officer will be responsible for identifying and reporting any unsafe conditions or practices to functional management, ensuring prompt corrective actions are taken to mitigate risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the safety of all divisional personnel, contractors, and visitors at Almarai's Hail site locations and accommodations.
• Report any unsafe or defective equipment, practices, acts, or omissions to functional management.
• Ensure immediate corrective action is taken to eliminate or minimize the risk of loss.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Health and Safety or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in handling fire detection and suppression equipment.
• Experience in a supervisory role within health and safety is desirable.
• Previous experience as a trained firefighter with either a civil Fire Brigade or a large multinational company fire team.
• Basic computer skills in Word and Excel.

This role requires 4-5 years of relevant experience, with a specific focus on fire detection, suppression, and general safety oversight.

Work Location

This position is based in Al-Kharj and Hail, Saudi Arabia, and is a full-time engagement.
