The Role: Site Quality Assurance Manager

Almarai is seeking a Site Quality Assurance Manager to join the team in Al-Kharj. This full-time role is critical for ensuring comprehensive site compliance with the company's Safety Policy, Quality Policy, and Divisional Quality Management System. The manager will be responsible for achieving Divisional Business and Quality Objectives through effective management of all quality-related processes, personnel, and resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all quality-related processes, personnel, and resources at the site.
• Ensure full site compliance with Almarai's Safety Policy and Quality Policy.
• Oversee adherence to the Divisional Quality Management System.
• Work towards the achievement of Divisional Business and Quality Objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of management experience within the food and beverage industry.
• Extensive knowledge of food safety and quality management systems, including FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, and HACCP standards.
• Demonstrated strong commitment to Health, Safety, and Quality (HSQ) principles and best practices.
• Sound financial awareness with proven ability to manage resources and control costs effectively.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Al-Kharj. The role requires 8-10 years of relevant experience.
