Role Overview

Almarai is seeking a Team Manager - Workshop for a full-time position in Al-Kharj. This role involves organizing and controlling assigned workshop tasks by scheduling, supervising, and assisting mechanics and technicians during their shifts. The Team Manager will also be responsible for planning and implementing training programs for workshop staff, adopting a mentorship approach to ensure the team possesses the necessary skills for effective fleet maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily workshop operations, including staffing, monitoring, and quality control.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, inspection reports, and repair documentation, ensuring compliance with company SOPs, safety policies, and manufacturer procedures.
• Conduct inspections to ensure adherence to hygiene standards and maintain good housekeeping practices within the workshop.
• Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly cost comparisons, recommending technically sound and cost-effective solutions.
• Ensure effective and fair utilization of workshop staff using the SAP Fiori platform.
• Generate staff performance reports based on SAP Fiori data.
• Monitor assigned work, track KPIs, and recommend training requirements based on competency and skill levels.
• Maintain and update the workshop staff skills matrix.
• Maintain asset records for workshop equipment, report defective or damaged equipment, and recommend repair solutions as needed.
• Analyze oil analysis reports and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should have 3-5 years of relevant experience in workshop management or a similar supervisory role within a maintenance environment.
