Role Overview

SAMI Airbus is looking for a Training Coordinator to join our team in Al Kharj, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is responsible for the comprehensive coordination of Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) training specific to the C295 aircraft, serving both internal personnel and external customers.

Core Functions

The Training Coordinator acts as a central point for training activities, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to established standards. This involves managing instructor schedules, developing training programs, and monitoring compliance across all training initiatives within the C295 area.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the interface between the training team on PSAB and the Training Manager.
• Coordinate and define C295 instructors' schedules and workload, ensuring their qualifications and authorizations are current with the Quality department.
• Develop On-the-Job Training (OJT) programs and contribute to the SAMI Airbus Training Plan.
• Engage with the team of instructors to support day-to-day needs and assist in training delivery.
• Monitor and follow up on the status of internal mandatory training for SAAMS employees.
• Ensure technical training adheres to SAMI Airbus standards, regulations, and procedures, updating training material with the latest OEM manuals as required.
• Follow up on student progress according to the OJT program and customer plan, escalating any deviations for appropriate action.
• Prepare and provide customer reports in line with standardized ways of working.
• Act as a liaison and Point of Contact between SAMI Airbus and all external stakeholders, including customers, training suppliers, and the Airbus Training Center.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least 5 years of experience working on C-295 aircraft in an MRO or Training environment.
• Previous experience in training of aircraft systems is highly valuable.

• Demonstrated ability to coordinate a team.
