About the Role of Training Coordinator

National Medical Care Company (Care) is seeking a Training Coordinator to join its team in Riyadh. This contract position requires 2-5 years of experience and is responsible for coordinating and delivering comprehensive training and development programs for Care staff. The role also involves providing consultation on organizational development for training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement training and development programs based on organizational needs analysis.
  • Select and evaluate professional trainers, training companies, internal speakers, and support staff.
  • Develop educational programs, forecast budget requirements, and maintain accurate training records through reports.
  • Monitor training programs to ensure quality and compliance with departmental standards.
  • Evaluate non-clinical and leadership/administrative educational programs to meet identified training needs and ensure continuous curriculum improvement according to Care Academy policies.
  • Coordinate planning and implementation activities with speakers and support staff/departments to ensure well-organized and effective educational programs.
  • Foster effective collaboration between Care Academy and other departments to deliver high-quality educational programs.
  • Ensure training programs are accredited by the Saudi Commission of Health Specialties (SCHS) for Continuous Medical Education (CME) hours, where applicable and in line with Care Academy policies.
  • Complete assigned duties by Care Academy Management to support Balance Scorecard Objectives and Strategic/Business goals of the Care organization.

Reporting Structure

The Training Coordinator reports directly to the Head of Training. This role does not involve supervising other staff.

Internal and External Collaboration

The Training Coordinator will liaise with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective program delivery. These include the Business Unit Training & Education Committee, Administrative division, various departments, Medical Administration, Nursing Administration, Quality Improvement, Training Education Institutes, and other hospitals.

Experience Required

Candidates should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in training coordination or a similar field.
