H. M. Al Rugaib & Sons Trading is seeking a skilled and analytical Buyer to join their team in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. This full-time role is essential for managing the procurement of stock and ensuring efficient inventory levels to meet demand. The Buyer will be responsible for key functions including forecasting, budgeting, performance monitoring, and supplier coordination.

Role Overview

The Buyer will play a central role in the company's supply chain, working closely with internal departments such as merchandising, e-commerce, and marketing. This position requires a proactive approach to maintaining optimal stock levels and contributing to brand performance across various channels. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities

• Forecast demand and ensure the timely procurement of Stock Keeping Units (SKUs).
• Monitor and evaluate brand performance across all showrooms.
• Classify SKUs based on sales trends and control warehouse inventory levels effectively.
• Launch promotions and introduce new arrivals in coordination with the E-commerce and Marketing teams via social media platforms.
• Coordinate with the Merchandising team for new product designs and showroom floor plans.
• Prepare comprehensive brand performance reports and present insights to top management.
• Estimate and manage the annual purchasing budget for international brands.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure seamless operations and supply chain efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a buying, procurement, or related analytical role.
• Demonstrated analytical skills for forecasting, budgeting, and performance monitoring.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple internal departments and external suppliers.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, within the Eastern Region. The role involves working collaboratively within a dynamic team environment, engaging with various departments to achieve procurement and inventory objectives.
