About the Role

Toji Spa is seeking a professional and guest-focused Massage Therapist to join our team in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is dedicated to providing high-quality massage treatments and ensuring an exceptional experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional massage treatments in accordance with guest needs and established spa standards.
• Apply expertise in a range of massage techniques, including Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Aromatherapy Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Relaxation Massage, Head Massage, Lymphatic Massage, Bamboo Massage, Sport Massage, and similar treatments.
• Assist clients in selecting appropriate treatments and ensure their comfort throughout their visit.
• Maintain the cleanliness and sanitization of all treatment rooms, tools, and equipment.
• Adhere to spa Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), hygiene protocols, and company guidelines.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain a positive and professional spa environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Massage Therapist or Spa Therapist.
• Experience must be gained within a spa, resort, hotel spa, or wellness center.
• Demonstrated proficiency in various massage techniques.
• Possession of a relevant certification or diploma.
• Basic English communication skills are required.
• A professional, hygienic, and guest-focused attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a luxury spa or hotel spa environment is highly preferred.
• Additional experience in Pedicure, Manicure, or Moroccan Bath treatments is a strong advantage.
